Background

When Stephen and I started working together he already had a successful membership program bringing in $20k/m. He was successfully running YouTube ads and had hundreds of active customers in his membership. He had tried to create a high-ticket program in the past but struggled to close the deal and his first attempt was over before it even started. When Stephen tried to create a high-ticket program in the past he went all out, spent hours creating a webinar, built the entire funnel, and the program itself before getting validation that people were actually going to join. The webinar did its job and got people to book calls but nobody ended up buying and Stephen threw in the towel thinking “I’m not a closer”. Stephen and I both saw a lot of money being left on the table in his business so we got together to create a high-ticket program that’s going to stick around.

The Results

After hearing about his previous attempts I was dedicated to getting Stephen some incredible results that would shift how he thought about high-ticket programs in his business. After outlining the general idea of his offer and promoting it to his audience, Stephen had a packed calendar full of sales calls of interested and qualified prospects for his new program. We made a hard push the week before actually launching the program and Stephen generated almost $20k from the launch of this program that didn’t even exist yet – not bad for someone’s that’s “not a closer”. The Process

I could tell from the beginning that Stephen had some limiting beliefs around selling high-ticket so the first priority was to get the initial sale that would shift his entire perspective. We scrapped the old way of complex funnels, long webinars, and email sequences and went right for the sale. We helped Stephen create a few emails and LinkedIn posts that we would use to test the waters and see how his audience responded – spoiler alert, it was very positive. Stephen started booking calls instantly and now it was time for the seemingly impossible – closing the sale. I walked Stephen through our sales process, handled his own objections and problems with sales, and helped prepare him for the calls he had coming up. Side note: you aren’t done selling once the sale is made, you continue to sell your clients on the process. Stephen hopped on his first few sales calls and closed the first 3 people right off the bat. I was stoked for him but I could also tell that his perspective on being able to close the deal completely changed. He went on with the rest of his calls and was able to close 8 people into his beta group (some even joined from a quick video that he shot – no calls required). 

Once he had the validation that he needed to follow-through with his new high-ticket program, he got to building. He started to build and deliver this new program in real time to his new clients. Allowing them to guide the process and have them provide feedback along the way to make sure that he is making a world-class program that is built for his customers.

From here Stephen is opening up enrollment again and creating all of the assets and marketing materials necessary to make this program evergreen so he can consistently enroll new high-ticket clients every month.

While we were working on his new program we also revisited his existing membership program to see how we could further remove himself while making things more valuable. The end result – Stephen almost doubled his membership price and is working to remove himself from the previous weekly calls that he was doing with his students. This allows him to make more from his membership without being directly involved with the fulfillment but also makes his high-ticket program more valuable because it is the only way his students can get direct access to him.

$1k/m To Her First $10k Month In Years Within 2 Weeks

Background

Sage has been running her business for a decade now and has seen some great success. She used to consistently make 6-figures a year and had no problem selling high-ticket masterminds at in-person events but then the world shut down. Her once successful business started to slow down to just a few thousand a month and she was unsure of how to revive it and get it back up to that 6-figure mark. On our initial call I could see some problem areas in her business and I could see that she was super hungry and motivated to bring her business back to life.

The Results

When Sage and I first met she introduced herself as a life coach and a business coach – red flag. Whenever I hear two completely different business models combined into one I know that we’re going to need to focus on one because it’s hard enough to grow one business, let alone two models within one business. We looked at her existing products (all 15 of them) and realized that she was serving clients and customers that weren’t serving her. She was creating free products, low-ticket products, and neglecting the high-ticket items in her business because he wanted to serve the majority of her audience – as she calls them, the “discount divas”.

We worked together to outline a new high-ticket program that was double the cost of her highest-ticket item at the moment and outlined the ideal customer and messaging that would only attract that person and not the discount divas. We pushed out the initial email to test the waters for her new program and she was booking calls right away. Right off the bat she closed the first 2 calls that she had and we had the validation necessary to follow through with this new program. With money in the bank and new clients to work with, Sage started building her program week by week alongside her clients to deliver great results and create a world-class product.

We were able to take Sage from 15 products that were just limping along to 5 core products with a flagship high-ticket offer that gets majority of her focus. In doing so we got rid of the life coaching side of her business and have put all of her focus on the business coaching side of things so that she will only attract her ideal clients for her high-ticket program.

With this new focus we are continuously testing new messaging angles and offer claims to her existing audience to see what resonates the best with her ideal client. Struggling To Sell A $300 Product To Having People Beg For A $2000 Offer

Background

Tom is a man-on-the-move. He’s running around hopping from state-to-state, editing TV shows, selling his information online and even doing in-person retreats, he is no mere mortal. When Tom first came to me, he wanted to sell his online courses to make some passive income but most importantly, bring in qualified prospects for his annual group training program. Easy enough. We built a funnel, put together a webinar, wrote up the emails, got people to show up and engage, got through his near-2-hour long presentation (he likes to talk) and finally pitched his $300 course aaaaaannnd – crickets. I believe he made 1 sale that night and a second one the next day totaling a whopping $600. I wasn’t satisfied to say the least. I caught the Q&A of his presentation and I noticed that everyone was asking questions about his group training course and nobody was talking about the digital course that they could get instant access to right now. Light bulb – let’s just push the $2000 program that people are begging for and skip all of the steps in-between.

The Results

Tom and I went back to the drawing board and decided to put all of our focus into the group course and within just a couple weeks after the webinar, Tom was able to close 4 new people into his group course at a $2000 price point – $8000 from a “flopped” webinar and a couple emails. And just to be clear, these were people that showed up to the webinar and were interested but also people that Tom hadn’t heard from in months/years that came crawling out of the woodwork to join the program.

The Process

Tom and I realized that people just want the one thing that will get them the biggest results, as fast as possible. The $300 carrot was dangled in front of them but there wasn’t much of a response because people knew there was something bigger and better down the road. We saw where the opportunity was and we just needed to bring awareness to the program when the time was right. Tom and I sat down and wrote a single email that took about 30 minutes to put together and sent it out to his audience. Within the next couple days, he had 8 calls booked onto his calendar and 4 closed deals with more sitting on the fence. All of this from people in his existing audience, nothing spent on paid ads. This shows just how much money is being left on the table and you just need to present an irresistible offer to the people that already know who you are and what you do. 

Moving forward, Tom has another group course coming up that we are going to push as hard, if not harder to his existing audience to get as many high-ticket clients as possible. Once his two in-person programs are done, Tom usually goes in to hibernation to focus on the other aspects of his business but we are in talks of setting up a digital evergreen group training program that he can sell all year long from the comfort of his own home. With this program up and running, Tom can potentially shift his focus in his business and spend more time at home with his family and less time on the plane.

From $0 to $8800 In Under An Hour With
A 200 Person List

Background

Gerard came to us with a couple of unique products that he was struggling to get consistent sales with. The majority of his time was spent at his day job being a lawyer (one of the good ones) so it was hard for him to consistently dedicate time and focus to his products/sales. He knew that his products worked well and people would buy them when he was able to leverage someone else’s audience but didn’t have much to work with himself.

The Results

We quickly got to work with Gerard and in just a couple of weeks had everything put together for his live webinar. Gerard was able to maintain an attendance of 60+ people for the entire webinar which was pretty incredible for his small audience of about 300 people combined. At the end of his value-packed webinar he made an offer for his new high-ticket offer and was able to convert 11 people into this $800 offer. He was live for less than an hour and made $8800 (at a 17% conversion rate). Gerard had to run to a wedding after his webinar but he was celebrating before he even got there because of his new-found success.

The Process

The first thing we did with Gerard was take a look at his product stack and consolidated everything down into one main high-ticket offer. We identified the hidden pain points in his audience and created an offer that solved every problem that his audience was experiencing. Once we knew what we were going to sell, we needed to figure out HOW we were going to sell it. After dissecting his offer and taking a look at his audience, we found a new angle to market his offer with and it took off. 

How did we know?

Gerard created an incredibly simple opt-in funnel (literally just a template from convertkit) for his new live webinar that he hadn’t even created yet. I said it was time to run some traffic to the opt-in and see how the market responds. This is when I was hit with the “but what traffic Seth?”. I had forgot that Gerard only had an email list of about 200 unengaged people – not a whole lot to work with. I told Gerard that we had to work with what we got and he sent out the frst couple emails to build up some hype around this new webinar which was being marketed with his brand new angle. The response was immediate and out of the 200 people on his list, 48 registered within the first 48 hours. Not a whole lot in the grand scheme of things but it showed us two things – people are interested in this new process and Gerard needs to start building the webinar that he was going to be hosting live in less than a week. He took our proven webinar outline and added his content to the structure that we had already laid out for him and just like that he had all of the pieces in place to go live with his first webinar. Gerard spent less than an hour on his live webinar and was able to make over $7k from about two weeks of work that he spent his evenings on.

Now that he knows that his webinar converts well, he is able to reuse the recording and create an evergreen webinar funnel that will consistently sell his product around the clock. Gerard is following our templates and frameworks to plug-and-play all of these new tools into his business and will have this new funnel up and running in less than a week. From there, it’s the journey into paid advertising so that he can predictably and reliably find new customers all over the world that are going to love his product.
