Ben Went From Feast Or Famine In His Business To $12k In Organic Sales

Before Ben and I started working together, he was spreading himself thin in all areas of his business; consulting, selling courses, providing free content and more. He had created courses in the past but could never really get them to sell consistently. He (like most business owners) didn’t know what he didn’t know and couldn’t figure out how to create the right marketing strategies to consistently make passive sales with his courses while he was focusing on his high-ticket consulting work.

The Results

When I met Ben, he told me his main goal was to have passive revenue coming in so he could escape the feast or famine of big consulting projects. For a solo consultant like Ben, every gig was do or die… If a client was late on payment, or if a deal fell through, it hurt his business far too much. He needed a way to stabilize his income, so he could escape the white-knuckle cycle of ups and downs. Passive courses revenue was exactly what he needed. Very quickly into the program, Ben started implementing the structures and frameworks that we teach and saw some very quick results. He was able to do $6k in the first couple months of launching his new low-ticket offer and has now done over $12k in passive organic sales from this $25 offer alone. Ben now doesn’t have to worry about where his next sale is coming from and has a growing list of PAYING customers that he can continue to remarket to with new offers, courses, and promotions. He’s also able to spend most of his time where it’s best spent – his high-ticket consulting work.

The Process

A week into the program, Ben was pissed. He had been trying for five years to figure this out, and in just a few days, things started to click (I think his exact words were, “F*** off, Seth.”). Then he got to work. He immediately understood how to structure his offers, create messaging that resonates with his audience and drives conversions, and how to put all of this into a sales funnel that is consistently driving sales into his business around the clock. He was a quick action-taker and implemented everything in the program very quickly to get some great results from his existing audience in no time. He has barely touched paid advertising and has been driving almost all of his traffic organically which shows how much potential he has with his courses.

Ben is now working on putting together new higher-ticket courses to sell to his existing customers to provide a bigger impact while increasing the lifetime value of each customer. We have also talked about possibly restructuring his high-ticket consulting offer into a more-scalable, less-draining coaching offer so he can turn these new customers into high-ticket clients, unlock true freedom in his business, and provide his expertise in the most efficient way possible.
